Marketing & Communications

Request a video.

Tell us what you want to communicate, who needs to hear it, and what you have in mind. You do not need to have every production detail figured out yet.

Complete what you can. After you submit the form, schedule a production meeting with Jeff Allen and we’ll work through anything that is still open.

Standard graphics may include titles, lower thirds, logos, animated text, or basic chart/graph animation.

Will filming likely require travel outside the St. Louis area?
Will any intended participants be under age 18 or otherwise require a parent/legal guardian to complete a release?

6. Assets and References

Will existing photos, video clips, logos, graphics, statistics, documents, or other materials be useful for this project?

If not, that’s completely fine. Video Production can use the style and approach typically used for Easterseals Midwest videos.

Final content accuracy should be confirmed by the requestor and designated reviewers before approval.

7. Timeline, Budget, and Approvals

Please allow at least three weeks for video production whenever possible. If your timeline is shorter, that’s okay — submit the request anyway and we’ll talk through what may be possible.

Is there a budget allocated for this project?
